Yay, money!

Associates around Biglaw are feeling pretty good right about now. After a stressful — and busy — year+, firms around the country are ponying up extra cash for their associates.

Not to mix animal metaphors, but associates fishing for raises at Fish & Richardson were rewarded today. The firm, ranked 87th on the most recent Am Law 100 with $451,237,000 in gross revenue last year, announced a brand new compensation scale, but one that is increasingly familiar to Biglaw observers,

As of July 1, the following is the salary grid at Fish & Richardson (and yes, summer associates will also benefit from the raises):
