A highly regarded Am Law firm with a national presence seeks a partner or counsel level attorney with 7 or more years of experience in commercial litigation. This position can sit in any of the firm's North Carolina offices (Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington, Winston-Salem.) This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest growing and most successful national law firms in the country. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of managing an active litigation case load and experienced in drafting and preparing pleadings, briefs, motions, and other litigation documents; managing discovery, including taking/presenting witnesses for deposition, oral argument, and trial preparation; conducting legal research, analysis and writing; and will possess excellent oral advocacy, communication, and writing skills.
